52 Positivity Card Deck – Doesn’t it just drive you crazy when you find yourself spending too much time in your head stressing about what’s going on in your life?

We have so many thoughts to process every day and it’s usually the negative ones our brains love to put on repeat.  It’s our tendency to be negative that needs to be eliminated and this can only be done by working towards a positive way of thinking. 

That’s why I’ve created the pack of Choosing Positivity cards.  A fun way to embrace a habit to condition your mind to improve your resilience and ability to deal with the chaos that life can throw at us from time to time.  To find inner peace we need to accept our circumstances and then consciously try, by taking some form of action, to move forward with a more positive attitude. 

The cards encourage you to invest in your self-care and are an effective way of turning your circumstances around.  

Creating this 52-card deck of positivity cards has been an ongoing work-in-progress over the past 3 years.  It was only after being diagnosed with Colon Cancer and healing from it, that I realized I could not have done it if it hadn’t been for my attitude.  Being positive and surrounding yourself with people who uplift and encourage you can help you get through anything.  Sometimes all we need is a little help and direction to keep our focus on the bright side of life, rather than on negativity and self-pity. That’s what I’m hoping the cards will provide for you.

What are the cards about?

Each card is a prompt that provides a specific focus for the week.  For example: 

“Be my authentic self, and not what I think others want me to be.” 

A reminder every day that it’s easier to be yourself than live up to what we think others expect. 

The aim is to pick one card a week, display it where you can see it every day and then focus on the message on the card for the week.  When you shuffle the pack and pick a card, it’s amazing how the right card with the right message pops out for you.  Somehow, it’s always relative to what is going on in your life.  

The more you practice positivity the easier it will become to cope with difficult situations.  It builds inner strength to pick yourself up and dust yourself off.

I strongly believe that it’s not what happens to us, but how we react that keeps our lives in flow.  We often don’t have control over what happens, but we can control our choices, actions, and attitude.
